Nothing else to do. If you're picked, EPOCH arrives at this address. There's no claim step and nobody will ever ask you to send anything first.

No empty accounts. The address needs some history of its own: a balance, or transactions. Freshly-made addresses with nothing in them get filtered out, because that's how one person becomes a hundred entries.
A Twitter account helps. It's optional and always will be. But it's the simplest way to show there's a person behind an entry, and entries without one are the first to go when filtering.
One entry per person. Not per address. Submitting a pile of addresses is the fastest way to have all of them removed.
Use an address you hold the keys to. Not an exchange deposit address; those don't reliably credit tokens sent to them, and you may simply lose them.
Giveaways are discretionary. Entering is not a promise of EPOCH. Nobody is owed a giveaway, and being filtered out isn't an appealable decision.
